If for some reason the item does not suit you, you can return it or exchange it within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Exchange and return of goods are possible only if the item has not been used, has retained its presentation and all accompanying elements (tags, labels). Otherwise, the item cannot be returned/exchanged.
All purchases are made in your name and registered in our database.
When returning to the showroom, you must have a document confirming your identity, a copy of the identification code (if you want to receive a refund) and a receipt. An application for return is written on the spot.
When returning the item using the Nova Poshta delivery service, you send us the item together with a completed application (we send a sample application upon request) and a document confirming the fact of purchase (postal declaration, sales or fixed receipt).
The buyer shall bear all costs associated with the return/exchange of goods of good quality.
If a factory defect is detected within 14 days of purchase, the item is accepted for repair/exchange in one of the Mint showrooms/stores or by the delivery service.
Exchanges and returns are possible only in the showroom/store where the purchase was made. Returns of items sent by Nova Poshta are also accepted through this delivery service.
